I just emailed my team to ask who was available for crew, and received the most excellent of answers from one of my most dedicated members.. i trust it will inspire you out there as much as it did for me.

"yeah man well i didn't see the whole thing but the team really came together and played till the siren went so cheers to all the boys, we're certainly happy with the outcome but there's always things to work on and i'll think we'll just have to come back from a different angle and try harder next week if we're going to keep moving as we have.  cause i mean, life is like a journey, you never know what you're going to get.  you have to see it for yourself, you can't be told what it is.  if you know what i mean wink wink nudge nudge nods as good as a wink to a blind bat say no more..."
