Team 1 Update
Hi there :) Team 1 had a great time serving on sunday night.
Training went well & we assessed 2 people. My apprentice Mathys passed static 4, and Lachlan did a great job & passed static centre. Well done!
We also said farewell to Liz who is taking 6 months off to focus on her thesis & studies, she's been a faithful & dedicated volunteer so we're sad to see her go, but look forward to her return. We prayed for her as a team and there was a great sense of community/unity amongst us.
We also had a surprise visit by a former team member. Michael Chruscinski now lives in Adelaide but was in Perth for the weekend and came backstage, it was great to see him again & perfect timing.. as he didn't know our team would be rostered on!
The whole team was present, so we arranged for Mabel to take a team photo..
From left to right we have - (back row) - Lachlan, Kerry, Ben, Mathys, Francis - (front row) - Karen, Micky, Me, Liz, Tyson, Erling.

Congrats to the guys who passed! It's been a great cycle of training with 5 or 6 people passing assessments. And also best of luck to Liz with the studies ahead, we'll be praying for you!
