Updates

Here's a collection of random info from the life of RVTV.

* Joelle and I have just returned from a lovely week off in my hometown Corrigin

* We have Orientation tonight with 3-4 newbies coming along

* I had 4 trainees come in for their 1st shoot on sunday, they're picking things up well and will be placed into teams next week.

* One of those trainees (Phil) just got engaged to a great girl (Ronel) congratulations!

* 7 crew members attended multimedia training last week and picked it up really well, solving our multimedia shortage.. hooray!

* I'll be hosting another training session soon to develop new directors, keep an eye on the crew notes for more details.

* Adrian Grant passed static centre recently and did cam 4 for the 1st time on sunday morning

* Nat had a rare chance to direct.. also on sunday morning... i hope Adrian behaved up there :)

* Jason O'Neil passed static stage on sunday night and is now ready to do handheld! well done.

* A legendary former crew member - Paul Howie, has rejoined us as a tech, so keep an eye out for him and say hi

* Hwang Jin-Kyoung departed the crew recently to do a media course at Hillsong's bible college. We're sad to see her go but wish her well in her goal to launch a video crew in a new church, go for it!

* We are planning our next social night soon, which will be to watch the footage from across the Big Weekend.

* And speaking of Big Weekend, the band have made a decision on which song versions they want for the album record. Which means we can start post-production next week!!
