SideTracked Concert

Joelle and I recently had the opportunity to be part of the SideTracked gig at the Perth Cup on new years day.

The bands were 'The Living End" 'Something For Kate' & 'Evermore' and a whole bunch of smaller local bands.

We had a great time and fortunately i was able to direct the Living End set, with Joelle on the center camera.. i'm quite a Living end fan so i knew most of the songs, and Joelle was in Whip Pan fire mode!! The bands manager was raving about the visuals after the shoot which we were really happy about.

Due to the huge amount of hands on practical experience we get filming our worship team each week, we're actually a very highly developed crew when it comes to filming live music, which is amazing given that 95% of us are volunteers!

The time will come when we branch out and start shooting outside events on a weekly basis, there are a lot of multi-camera events which happen in this city, and who knows whats in store??

Bring on 2007!!
