New Year - New Structure

Well we're mid-way through January and the new year is looking great!

We've changed our structure so we're fortnightly, which means teams are rostered on less often, and to achieve this we've made friday nights open so that anyone from any team can volunteer.

This'll free up camera ops who struggle to make the youth service, but create opportunity for those seeking more camera time. it's also handy if someone can't make their team shoot.. rather than getting rusty they can serve on friday to keep their skills up.

This weekend we recommence crew training, starting with multimedia! there's lots of directors & handhelds coming through, but very few MM ops, so the plan is to teach it to the teams and see who finds it interesting.

Hopefully we'll score a few more operators over the next 6 weeks and set ourselves up for an excellent year!
